18 Sep TUNA, BENEFICIAL FISH FOR THE BODY

 

Tuna is one of the most widely consumed fish in the world. All tuna species have the same benefits in terms of dietetics. Depending on species, tuna can weigh from 2 kilos up to several hundred of kilos (bluefin tuna can exceed 800 kilos).

 

High in protein content, tuna also concentrates a lot of omega 3 which are beneficial for cardiovascular functioning, while on the other hand, tuna remains low in cholesterol and other bad fats.

 

These benefits are further enhanced for sportsmen and especially for bodybuilding practitioners.
