Ingredients (6 person)

  • Brick leaves
  • 1 can of El Manar tuna
  • A few sprigs of chopped parsley
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 egg
  • Grated cheese
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • capers


  1. Place chopped parsley, chopped onion and minced onion, grated cheese, capers, egg and drained tuna in a bowl
  2. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper
  3. If you have round bricks sheets cut them in half, and bend one of the odds
  4. Place some of the tuna stuffing in the end of the rectangle, and fold
  5. Heat oil in a shallow frying pan, or deep fryer
  6. Dip the bricks in and let cook, until they take a beautiful golden color
  7. Serve with lemon juice, if you like this tangy taste
